We are now the Rabun County Fuller Center for Housing!
Habitat for Humanity of Rabun County has transitioned to an independent nonprofit, now called Rabun County Fuller Center for Housing (RCFCH), effective February 1, 2025. This change ensures that all funds raised stay within the local community to support housing needs. The ReStore will be rebranded as the ReUse Store, closing for renovations in late March and reopening in April with lower prices. A Grand Reopening celebration is scheduled for April 14 at 12:00 PM. Supporters are encouraged to continue donating, volunteering, and advocating.

A New Beginning
Starting this year, the Rabun Fuller Center is proud to continue its mission of providing affordable housing under a new name. Formerly a partner with Habitat for Humanity, we have transitioned to The Fuller Center for Housing to better align with a grassroots, community-driven approach to homebuilding and repairs. This change allows us to focus on local needs while maintaining the core values of partnership, sustainability, and service. We are excited for this new chapter and look forward to working with our community to build homes, hope, and brighter futures!
How We Work
The Fuller Center for Housing is a grass-roots affordable housing ministry that builds and repairs homes through local covenant partners around the world so that families will have simple, decent places to live.
The Fuller Center for Housing is a nonprofit organization founded in 2005 by Millard and Linda Fuller, who had previously established Habitat for Humanity. The Fullers sought to create a more sustainable and affordable way to provide homes for those in need. The Fuller Center focuses on building homes with low-income families, offering a unique approach of “partnership housing,” where homeowners work alongside volunteers to build their own homes. The organization’s mission goes beyond simply building homes; it emphasizes the importance of helping families achieve stability and self-sufficiency. It is committed to providing safe, affordable housing and addressing the underlying causes of poverty. Through local and global efforts, the Fuller Center collaborates with communities, churches, businesses, and volunteers to construct and renovate homes. It also provides opportunities for people to engage in volunteerism through mission trips, allowing people to directly contribute to housing projects around the world. Over the years, the Fuller Center has expanded its reach and impact, continuing to carry forward the legacy of the Fullers’ vision for a world where everyone has a decent place to live.
